Spring 2008 Manager & League Survey

Please take the time to complete this short survey about the Cheshire Youth Baseball and Softball Fall 2007 season. Your feedback is critical to ensure that we continue to improve and enhance our program.

This evaluation survey may be completed by the parent or the player.  You may of course complete this survey anonymously or you may include your child's name. Individual surveys will be compiled and summarized for the league; no one will be provided personalized information.

My child's manager established guidelines for acceptable behavior and enforced team discipline. He corrected unsafe situations and confronted anyone demonstrating poor sportsmanship.
My child's manager's demeanor toward players, parents and umpires was appropriate and sportsmanlike at all times and fully complied with the Coaches Code of Conduct agreement.
My child's manager was fair and balanced in his treatment of all players. He gave every player the opportunity to regularly play different positions relative to their confidence and with regard to player safety.
My child's manager should be given the opportunity to coach again next year.
